Biography

Sean Paris is known for providing outstanding service to his clients and for his proven ability to solve even the most complex problems. Sean has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas, including all aspects of family law, real estate litigation, probate administration, and estate planning.

He focuses his law practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, domestic violence matters, adoptions, and post-decree modifications. The firm offers comprehensive legal solutions to meet the needs of families and individuals throughout Kentucky.

Mr. Paris serves the greater Louisville metro area, including Oldham County, Jefferson County, Henry County, Shelby County, Trimble County, Bullitt County, and Carroll County. He graduated from Ballard High School in Louisville and earned a bachelor’s degree in Police Administration (with High Honors) from the University of Louisville in 1993. He then attended Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, earning his J.D. in 1996.

Mr. Paris is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Colorado and he brings over 30 years of trial experience to any litigation matter. He currently serves as the appointed Public Administrator for Oldham County and is available to serve as personal representative or executor of an estate, including for out-of-state heirs.

Since beginning his legal career in 1996, he has successfully handled numerous complex cases across a broad range of legal matters and has taken scores of cases to trial.
